The Dennery Development Foundation held its formal launching ceremony on Sunday May 4th 2008 on the Dennery Primary School grounds. The launching began with prayer followed by the singing of the national anthem, there were also performance by Primary School dance group and individual from the community. A representative of the Ministry of Social Transformation was the guess speaker at the launching.
